Delivery and Returns

After your payment has been made and accepted online, your order will be despatched within 3 working days.  

Standard postage & packaging charge within the UK £4.50 sent by Royal Mail second class (2-5 days)

Free delivery for orders over £35. Free collection from Farnham, Surrey (We will contact you within 3 working days to arrange a collection time during working hours)

On the checkout page there is an option to write any special instructions that might be useful for your parcel delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

 

Returns Policy

We realise that there could be an occasion when you might not be completely happy with your purchase. If this happens, and you need to return an item, we must receive it back from you within 30 days of receipt. Please get in touch using the 'contact' page to arrange this stating your reason for return.

Please ensure all goods are returned in their original packaging, unworn and with original labels attached.

For hygiene reasons, Toiletries, Home Fragrance and Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for paying for the return of any goods and we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting receipt.

We will issue a full refund to the original method of payment used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges.

Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive the goods for the refund to be processed.

Christmas Extended Returns Policy

Orders placed from 1st November each year can be returned after Christmas for a refund.

We will need to receive any item you are returning on or before the last day of January the following year.
