All product specifications, images and other information published on our website is as accurate and up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information which may come from third parties such as suppliers.
At the secure checkout you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number to ensure there is no delay with processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been received.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.
Most orders are delivered within 5 working days from despatch. however, this is not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible if delivery periods are not met.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 10 days from delivery.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

For cancellation or amendments of orders, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Vouchers can only be used online and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
